Candidates must possess a fanatical work ethic, strong leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Open availability is required, including weekends and a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week.

Choolaah GM (CGM) is passionate about quality food, team building and development, and having the opportunity to run a world class business. CGM has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single Choolaah restaurant, ensuring every guest is delighted every time, creating raving fans. Our CGMs build, inspire and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts. They are required to have Fanatical Work Ethic, Continuous Improvement mindset, Outstanding leadership skills, Visionary wisdom, Character above reproach, Unwavering Resolve, Resilience and Resourcefulness.
