The Opportunity:

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Chefs and Chef Leaders to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Adelaide Airport to our remote sites throughout South Australia. We are enhancing the catering and workplace experience in our SA Villages and your innovation and flare is needed to be a part of the team!

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, this is your chance to break away from the same old kitchen routine. Join ISS and bring fresh, on-trend meals to life for hundreds of residents in our remote villages.

As a Chef, you'll lead breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner service — delivering safe, delicious, and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards.

Food safety and a strong safety culture are non-negotiable — we cook with passion and care, for our people and our community.

To be considered:

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery or a comprehensive international portfolio of experience with international qualifications - Essential
• High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience &/or a la carte experience in high volume venues/restaurants/hotels.
• Ability to exceed client expectations in food quality and food safety adherence.
• Able to work a flexible FIFO roster from Adelaide Airport.
• Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass Pre-employment medical.
