The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and quality performance of the restaurant. This includes managing inventory, coaching the team, and elevating the customer experience.
Candidates must have experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality environments and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and experience achieving KPIs to drive profitability are required.

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
