The technician performs regular assessments to verify that raw materials and packaging adhere to quality and food safety standards. They manage supplier onboarding, maintain quality databases, and drive improvements by reporting non-conformance issues.
A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience in food manufacturing QA. Candidates must be able to interpret technical documents, write reports, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Ability to apply mathematical operations and concepts to solving quality process-related problems.
