The QA Technician performs routine food safety and quality inspections on the production floor to ensure compliance with company standards. They also review production records, monitor GMP compliance, and collaborate with leadership to address quality non-conformities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work an overnight shift are required.

Regular Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
Shift: Overnight
Important Schedule Requirement: This position is regularly scheduled for three overnight shifts, Monday through Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Candidates must also be flexible to work other shifts or schedules when needed for training, production coverage, staffing, or other business needs.
Bridor USA is seeking a QA Technician to support food safety and quality at our new Salt Lake City manufacturing facility.
The QA Technician works directly on the production floor to verify that products, processes, documentation, and employees are meeting Bridor’s quality and food safety standards. This position will conduct inspections, complete quality checks, review records, identify issues, and work closely with Production, Sanitation, and Quality leadership to address concerns.
This is a hands-on Quality Assurance position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Candidates must be able to work the regular overnight schedule:
This role also requires flexibility to work other shifts when business needs require, including for training, production coverage, staffing needs, or other operational requirements.
