Crew members are responsible for delivering a safe and positive guest experience while supervising attractions and managing operational stations. They must enforce safety rules, maintain facility cleanliness, and provide professional support across various park departments.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Applicants should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Location: Onsite at park location
Crew Members are frontline team members responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable guest experience across multiple operational stations within the park. This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.
Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs. Station assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of park leadership.

Crew Members are expected to demonstrate reliability, coachability, and alignment with Sky Zone’s mission and values while maintaining safety and operational standards at all times.

Compensation starts at $13.00/hr. Full pay range goes up to $13.50 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
