The VP of Manufacturing will lead a network of seven beverage plants, overseeing operations, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for developing strategic manufacturing plans, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or food science, with 10 to 15 years of factory management experience. A minimum of 3 years managing a multi-site manufacturing network is required, with beverage industry experience strongly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
The VP, Manufacturing reports to the SVP of Manufacturing. This individual will lead the work of two manufacturing directors across our beverage facilities within the United States. Our network is comprised of 7 plants and approximately 1000 employees. This individual will also oversee Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement and Quality. As a senior member of the operations management team, this role will participate in the development of strategies and priorities for performance improvement, technological and product innovation, and management of the sustainable development program. This individual will be key to fostering an operational excellence culture at all levels of the organization and will lead future growth and transformation of Lassonde Pappas operations, including evolving our manufacturing and strengthening all points of our supply chain.
Travel Required: 50-75% a year

This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.
FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.
OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing 20 – 35 lbs. from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.
VISION: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
