Administer the Cadency system to ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations, fiscal close processes, and journal entry workflows. Partner with IT and Finance teams to enhance system functionality, automation, and compliance with SOX requirements.
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in public or corporate accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems or ERP tools are essential.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance organization through administration and reporting within the Cadency system, enabling accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations, fiscal close processes, and journal entry workflows. You will leverage your knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, while partnering with Finance and Information Technology teams to sustain and enhance system functionality, automation, and reporting.

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
