The Restaurant Manager is responsible for setting service standards, managing daily operations, and fostering a culture of enlightened hospitality for guests and staff. Key duties include overseeing beverage inventory, ensuring health and HR compliance, and managing payroll and team development.
Candidates need at least 2 years of fine dining experience, with management experience and bar knowledge strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree or hospitality certification is preferred, along with fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Located in the heart of the theater district, The View spans two floors, offering both a lively bar and a full-service dining room in constant motion. The experience blends live music, classic American cuisine, and panoramic skyline views with the theatrical energy of the surrounding neighborhood.
Who you are:
The Restaurant Manager, in collaboration with the leadership teams, will set communicate standards and practices for the restaurant to ensure a high performing and fulfilled team. They work closely with the management teams to drive service each day and inspire team members to work together and hold one another accountable to the standards set. They educate and support the service team to create the best dining experience for all guests and the best work environment and experience for all employees.
