Hickory Tavern is our classic American story of how a couple of guys, who didn't like their options, built something that became bigger than we ever dreamed possible. See, we wanted to hang out in a place that let us watch the sports we wanted to watch, have a couple of cold beers, eat great food and get great service. Never being the types to settle for something that wasn't quite what we wanted, we invented something new.
