Candidates must have at least four years of industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in reading electrical schematics and working with PLC and VFD systems.

Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Team in the Packaging Department. You will work in a union environment at our Ft. Worth Brewery. Successful candidates will contribute to the department team overall by routinely operating and maintaining equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is well maintained and runs efficiently with few breakdowns. This will include working with PLC’s, VFD’s, motor control installation/ troubleshooting, and working with power up to and including 480 volts. You will also be responsible for supporting the technical growth of our operators.
This position will report to our maintenance team leader and will initially be assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Starting pay rate is $40.86/hour.
