The Food Service Worker Lead is responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. They also provide leadership to line staff, coordinate service stations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the shift.
Candidates must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A Serve Safe certification is required, and previous food service experience is preferred.
