The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the store, including staff training and performance monitoring. They are expected to maintain a hands-on approach to ensure all store tasks are completed efficiently.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of management experience in grocery or retail. Applicants must be able to obtain food safety and forklift certifications and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the store which includes training, directing and monitoring all department staff.
