The Pastry Assistant is responsible for preparing dessert and baked goods according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. They must also monitor inventory levels and report any equipment or quality issues to the Pastry or Executive Chef.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a pastry kitchen and the ability to follow baking and cooking directions. The role requires a flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You can’t remember a time when you weren’t excited by an expertly produced soufflé, and few things in life get you more excited than a perfect southern biscuit. As a Pastry Assistant, you’ll get to learn from a seasoned Pastry Chef; you’ll prep and bake pastry and baked goods, executing the Pastry Chef’s vision while honing your skills.
