The FoodE Expert is responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through store demos, tours, and providing expert meal and recipe suggestions. They also manage the demo program, oversee vendors, and support health and wellness initiatives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience or training in culinary arts, including food preparation and event planning, is required.
Lunds & Byerlys Glen Lake is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing part-time FoodE Expert to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22-$29/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 9:00am-6:00pm.
FOODE EXPERT RESPONSIBILITIES
Our FoodE Experts are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
Greet and assist customers
Conduct store demos and tours, showcasing key food products, nutrition benefits, and meal solutions
Oversee in-store vendor demos, ensuring quality, customer service, and proper execution
Manage the demo and tour program, including scheduling, supplies, setup, signage, and budget
Act as an Aisle Ambassador, providing product knowledge, meal ideas, and recipe suggestions
Support company events, health and wellness programs, social media content, and attend FoodE Expert meetings
