Lead annual commerce marketing plans and retailer media strategies for regional grocery customers including Meijer, Hy-Vee, and Wakefern. Partner with internal teams and agencies to execute omni-channel programs that drive growth and shopper engagement.
Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in brand, shopper, or digital marketing, preferably within the CPG industry. Must possess expertise in retail media platforms, digital shelf optimization, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Reporting to our Director of Commerce Marketing, you will lead annual marketing plan development, retailer media strategy, budget management, and marketing program execution and analysis to help us win with regional grocery customers. You will own marketing relationships for Meijer, Hy-Vee, and Wakefern, partnering across Sales, Brand, eCommerce, agency, and customer teams to deliver omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth, shopper engagement, and business results.

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
