The Assistant Manager is responsible for full accountability of shift operations, including crew assignment, training, and motivation. They also handle financial and inventory management and maintain customer relationships.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in both leadership and the food service industry. A Serve Safe Certification and strong professional references are preferred.
