Conduct annual loan reviews and credit assessments for CMHC-insured and CMBS commercial mortgage portfolios to ensure compliance and manage risk. Interface with borrowers, investors, and legal consultants to resolve loan issues and manage the watch list for early arrears.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in commercial mortgage credit analysis or servicing with strong financial statement analysis skills. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a CPA designation are considered assets.

Work Location
This is a hybrid role open to candidates in Vancouver, BC, Toronto, ON, or Montreal, QC, with a required in-office presence of 3 days per week.
Why We Are Hiring
Our Commercial Servicing team manages one of Canada's largest commercial mortgage portfolios - over $45 billion across approximately 2,900 loans. As the portfolio and the scope of our post-funding work continues to grow, we are adding a credit professional to our team to support the full range of account management and annual review work that keeps our portfolio performing.
This role sits at the intersection of credit analysis and stakeholder management. You will work across CMLS's commercial book, not managing a fixed set of accounts, but contributing meaningfully to the credit work that underpins everything we do after a loan funds.
