Job Description

• Maintain and manage accounting ledgers by accurately and promptly posting all financial transactions.
• Review and analyze daily financial activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements accurately and deliver them within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Support audit and tax processes by preparing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth interdepartmental workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff in daily operations and reporting.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting (Journal entries, account reconciliation, month end closing, and financial statement preparation).
• Experience handling cost accounting or operational cost analysis; logistics/warehouse industry experience is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is a plus.
