The Collections Advisor is responsible for conducting payment collection activities to minimize loan losses and maintain optimal delinquency ratios. They must also resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding loan contracts in arrears while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Candidates must have previous experience in collections or customer service, specifically utilizing the telephone for communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience managing delinquent accounts in the financial services industry are required.
