POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Asset Management, is primarily responsible for owning lease approvals and transactions, debt and JV structuring, and full-cycle asset performance across the Office, Industrial and Residential portfolio. This position is critical to providing hands-on asset-level execution that protects and drives the financial performance of each investment from lease-up through recapitalization or sale.
This position reports to the Managing Director, Asset Management. It is based at our McLean, VA headquarters and has an in-office schedule.

Offered base salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, geography, and scope of the role at the time of hire. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus.
