The analyst is responsible for evaluating and validating data, calculating rebates, and performing quality assurance checks on complex tasks. They will also manage client accounts, conduct research, and present written analyses to support business relationships.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess one to three years of related experience. Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports is required.
Job Overview

Essential Functions
• Trains to be able to document the receipt of data/bill, and load the data in to the system.
• Performs quality assurance checks on data for self, Associates, and Assistants as directed.
• Evaluates the data by looking for trends and understanding the financial terms of the contracts.
• Performs reconciliation on data as needed.
• Conducts research on the internet on various companies and/or topics as needed.
• Presents a written analysis to the client.
• Develops the interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with defined clients.
• Provides support to team members and performance review input as requested by management.
• Handles account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
• Assists with client implementation and training projects.
• Working independently the analyst will be responsible for multiple accounts and processes and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of complex tasks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• one to 3 years related experience Req
• Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet and database entry.
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
