About you:

Are you passionate about helping clients succeed and excited by innovation? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to partner with accounting and tax professionals, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions and embrace AI-first technology.
 

Day-to-day, you will:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Lead strategic conversations and influence decision-making.
• Drive adoption of new Access Group products and AI-first solutions.
• Partner with clients to map our solutions to their business strategy for short, mid, and long-term success—creating customers for life.
• Leverage AI, digital media, personalised video messaging, one-to-many group sessions, strategic territory management, and key messaging frameworks to deliver a warm, human-centred, programmatic adoption experience at scale.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

• Being a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• The ability to lead and influence, both internally and externally.
• Experience in customer success or account management (accounting/tax industry a plus).
• An interest in customer success or account management – a strategic thinker with a customer first mindset.
• Interest in AI driven solutions and a curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Being someone who is passionate about how technology can transform our clients lives and businesses.
