Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into well-defined business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by translating requirements into actionable, technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing compelling business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to foster professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operating models and transformation frameworks to guide successful implementation of initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
