We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Greater Houston area. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on building and expanding partnerships with real estate agents and brokerages. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and positioning HomeLight as a trusted title, escrow, and closing services partner in a highly competitive market.
