A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, along with 2 to 4 years of financial analysis experience in a large organization. Proficiency in GAAP, computer modeling, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.

This position supports either the Office of the CFO or individual Business Units and will have an active role in: reporting on the monthly close, supporting the quarterly earnings review, assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes along with other key ad-hoc analyses. The position will also track and analyze General & Administrative expenses and capital spending, perform analysis on various ad hoc corporate initiatives and conduct vendor financial reviews.
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite
