Lead the Leveraged Finance Execution platform, overseeing the structuring, underwriting, and credit approval of debt financings for corporate and sponsor-backed clients. Partner with internal banking and credit teams to deliver financing solutions while managing market and credit risk.
Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in Leveraged Finance with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or CFA preferred, along with Series 7, 63, and/or 79 registrations.
The Head of Leveraged Finance – Execution (“LFE”) is responsible for leading the overall strategy, deal execution & underwriting, risk management & reporting, and team management of Huntington’s LFE group. This team is primarily responsible for the structuring, underwriting, and credit approval execution of debt financings for Huntington’s financial sponsor-backed and corporate clients across the Commercial Bank, including multiple specialty industry verticals within the Corporate, Specialty & Government (“CSG”) group and Middle Market Banking. This team serves in a “First Line” role, partnering closely with Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, CSG Industry & Middle Market bankers, the Financial Sponsors Coverage team, and Credit to deliver comprehensive financing solutions and drive fee growth.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
