The Quality Domain Director will build and lead a new organization, establishing governance, planning, and delivery standards for an AI-enabled Quality function. They will own the integrated enterprise plan, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive business transformation across the portfolio.
Candidates must have significant experience in business transformation, large-scale process improvement, and governing complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with 10+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

The work is high-visibility and outcome-driven, with real accountability for prioritization, capacity, and delivery confidence. As a Quality Domain Director within the Quality domain, you will set the direction for how the domain develops, prioritizes, and governs delivery across its portfolio. You will own the integrated enterprise plan, intake readiness gate, and executive reporting for transparency on progress, risk, and decisions. You will govern strategy and onboarding of new use cases, building and leading a team of project managers and execution professionals. You will partner closely with business, product, technology, controls, compliance, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders.
You will drive business transformation of the AI-enabled Quality function, building a modern operating model from the ground up. Set the standard for planning, governance, and delivery, aiming for improvements over legacy approaches. Align function strategy and enterprise plan to firmwide priorities, replacing friction with scalable, repeatable, AI-enabled methods. Maintain a forward-looking execution roadmap, sequencing work based on capacity and dependencies. Govern change control and stage gates, ensuring changes are predictable, compliant, and auditable.
Lead, coach, and develop the planning, governance, and execution management team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
