The Compensation Analyst supports complex global compensation projects, analyzes salary surveys, and manages internal pay structures. They are also responsible for maintaining HR databases, creating Power BI dashboards, and advising management on total reward offerings.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field is required, with a preference for 1+ years of experience in compensation or data analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Power BI is preferred.
