The Client Service Manager serves as the lead contact for an assigned book of business, overseeing client service needs and ensuring high retention rates. They collaborate with sales staff to onboard new clients and implement cost-effective Property and Casualty insurance solutions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of insurance client service experience. An active Property & Casualty license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required for this role.

The target book of business for a Client Service Manager is $750,000-1.5MM in revenue in the mid to large market commercial space.
