The Universal Banker 2 provides front-line customer service, processes transactions, and handles account maintenance while supervising other staff members. They are responsible for vault management, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal procedures.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of banking experience including cash handling and customer service, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.

Position Summary:
The Universal Banker is the core role within the retail branches. There are 3 levels within the Universal Banker job family with progressive responsibilities. All Universal Bankers provides exceptional front line customer service and sales within the branch.
The Universal Banker 2, as directed, provides day-to-day direction to other Universal Bankers, approves transactions and assigns work. Performs primary and advanced duties including check verification, wire transfers, and facilitation of team meetings.
