The Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of affordable and mixed-income communities while ensuring strict compliance with housing regulations. They are responsible for driving financial performance through revenue maximization and coaching onsite teams to achieve operational excellence.
Candidates must have proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with specific expertise in income-restricted or mixed-income housing programs like LIHTC or HUD. Strong financial acumen and the ability to travel between Austin and the DFW area are required for this role.
