Partner with the Technology and Product team to communicate recurring customer questions, usability issues, enhancement opportunities, and market feedback related to commercial appraisal workflows.
Collaborate with Appraisal Operations, Compliance, and other internal subject matter experts as needed to validate responses involving appraisal practices, valuation standards, client requirements, and regulatory considerations.
Remain current on commercial real estate valuation practices, appraisal forms, client expectations, relevant industry developments, and technology-enabled valuation solutions.
Represent MountainSeed and Augur professionally in client meetings, industry events, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities as needed.
Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned in support of Revenue, product adoption, and client growth.
