Command Investigations LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with a minimum of one year of experience to become part of a dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive, detailed reports for client review. Conduct investigations related to insurance claims, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property cases.
· Conduct complex field investigations involving multiple claim types.
· Submit daily updates summarizing your progress and observations.
· Manage your time effectively to maintain client billable hour expectations.
· Write detailed, professional statements and investigative summaries.
· Deliver clear, client-ready reports that meet Command's quality standards.
· Perform scene investigations, recorded statements, scene canvassing, document retrieval, and courthouse research.
· Operate safely and remain alert while driving during field assignments.
Your curiosity and persistence will turn each case into a story built on truth and evidence.

Special Note: This role requires you to supply your own equipment, including but not limited to, a camera and a digital recorder. Certain equipment specifications or minimum standards may apply.
