The Senior Data Analyst will develop and implement business improvements by analyzing loan portfolios and credit performance to identify risks and opportunities. They will also create data-driven recommendations and present findings to executive leadership to drive actionable business results.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical modeling techniques is required.

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. This person must have excellent analytical capabilities in order to create accurate, thoughtful, clear recommendations that drive how we manage our business. Statistical Analysis, data mining, Advanced Excel, SQL & Python skills, effective communication skills, an entrepreneurial and proactive approach, exceptional time management and an ability to comfortably work with senior management are also critical for success in this role.
What you’ll do:
We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro market. We are offering 100% remote work in other approved locations.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 + bonus + benefits
