Responsible for the maintenance and restoration of hard-surface and carpeted floors using industrial equipment. Duties include stripping, refinishing, burnishing, and performing restorative processes for all floor types.
Requires five years of previous floorcare experience and proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
