The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe plant operations, product quality, and team performance through effective leadership and short-interval management. They coordinate maintenance activities, facilitate incident investigations, and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of industrial experience, or a B.S. in Engineering/Chemistry. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage team performance in a plant environment are essential.
