Collaborate with the Regional Delivery Leader to architect the annual Value Stream Operational Plan, defining project launches, extensions, renewals, and workforce strategies that drive sustainable growth
Translate strategic vision into actionable delivery objectives for Project Managers, ensuring seamless alignment between Project Management Plans and organizational goals
Lead annual project budgeting initiatives and establish robust forecasting processes that optimize financial performance and resource allocation
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and nurture strategic client relationships through proactive business reviews and performance partnerships that drive mutual success
Champion client satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing innovative solutions that exceed expectations
Serve as the trusted advisor for escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper client engagement and loyalty
