キンドリルジャパンでは、クラウド移行およびモダナイゼーションに強みを持つIT Specialistを募集しています。

このポジションは、オンプレミスシステムからクラウド環境への移行、及び最新技術を用いたシステムのモダナイゼーションにおいて重要な役割を担います。

候補者は、最適なクラウドソリューションを提供し、クライアントのビジネス目標達成をサポートするために、幅広い技術スキルと経験を活かしていただきます。

Key Responsibilities（主な職務内容）

・オンプレミスからクラウド（AWS、Azure、GCP）へのシステム移行計画の策定と実行

・クラウド環境の設計・構築および運用管理

・クラウドネイティブ技術やコンテナ化を活用したアプリケーションのモダナイゼーション

・クライアントとの要件定義および技術的なフィージビリティスタディの実施

・クラウド移行に伴うリスク評価とセキュリティ対策の導入

・プロジェクトマネジメント支援およびステークホルダーとの連携

・自動化と効率化を促進するためのツールやスクリプトの開発

・技術ドキュメントの作成およびチームメンバーへの技術指導

・特定の技術分野（例：ソフトウェア開発、クラウドコンピューティング、システムエンジニアリング、インフラストラクチャ、セキュリティ、ネットワーキング、データ＆アナリティクス）における深い専門知識
・エンタープライズITアプリケーションの経験

・オンプレミスシステムやクラウドプラットフォーム（AWS or Azure or GCP）における実務経験
・システム移行やインフラモダナイゼーションプロジェクトの経験
・クラウドアーキテクチャ、ネットワーク、セキュリティに関する深い理解
・チームワークと問題解決能力
・日本語力：優れたコミュニケーション能力 【母国語、または流暢な日本語の会話力・読み書き（N1またはそれ相当以上）】
・英語力：基礎力
 

次のいずれかの実務経験：
・ソフトウェア開発、DevOpsエンジニアリング、システム管理、またはパブリッククラウドAWSドメインにおけるシステムアーキテクチャの経験
・WindowsおよびLinuxオペレーティングシステムに関する深い知識
・エンジニアリングソリューションを推進し、チーム間での作業経験
・目標を計画し達成するための豊富な経験と判断力
・一般的なルールを特定の問題に適用して結論や回答を導き出す経験
・豊富なプロセス改善経験

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・クラウド関連の認定資格
・クラウド移行プロジェクトの経験
・自動化ツールやスクリプト（Terraform、Ansible、Pythonなど）の使用経験
・クライアント対応の経験

・Amazonクラウドホスティングアーキテクチャに関する深い知識とAWSおよびAzureの豊富な経験
・卓越した判断力と意思決定能力
・様々なIT概念、実践、および手順に精通していること
・精密な技術計画、設計図、図面、およびモデルの制作に関わる設計技術、ツール、および原則に関する知識
・問題の代替解決策、結論、またはアプローチの強みと弱みを識別するための論理と推論
・高い注意力を持つ強力な分析および問題解決能
