Senior Project Executive (RTO)

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

Job Description

• Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
• Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures).
• Prepare cost estimates, progress payment and final accounts
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to clients for award of contracts
• Provide support on technical issues, as well as RTO to Client.
• Perform project management work in building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works and new built
• Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.
• Coordinate closely with Contractors/ Sub-Contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.
• Liaise with PM/APM/S/POs to brief them on project timelines, site preparations etc. so that they are able to advise Advisors, residents’ etc on their queries.
• Work with Corporate Communications Department on publicity, notices to keep residents and stakeholders in the loop. To also coordinate with Corporate Communications Department and PM/APM/S/POs on replies to residents on project related queries and complaints.
• Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the management
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
