The Senior Director will lead end-to-end software execution for premium mobile handset programs, driving cross-functional strategy and platform delivery. They will also manage technical architecture, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation to ensure successful product commercialization.
Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership experience in mobile or embedded software environments and proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, or Java are required.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$248,000.00 - $372,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
