The Senior Technical Director provides technical expertise and strategic leadership to support the growth of Biopharma Life Sciences facilities. They are responsible for mentoring staff, driving business development, and ensuring project delivery excellence through innovative design solutions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's or PhD preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Biopharma Life Sciences facilities or related high-tech environments is required.
The SME - Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities is responsible for providing business knowledge, project experience, and technical competence to support the growth of the Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities business. Supports the strategic direction of Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities Businesses Development group by marketing project delivery differentiators and value added propositions to gain competitive advantage. Also supports client account managers and business development managers in positioning and developing clients and projects in Americas region.
