The Operational Excellence Consultant will lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) to drive operational performance and cultural transformation. This role involves partnering with site leaders to establish strategic roadmaps, conduct Kaizen events, and optimize end-to-end supply chain and business processes.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience, including 4 years of leadership in Lean manufacturing or operational excellence, and possess Master Practitioner level competency in Lean tools. The role requires the ability to travel up to 75% and mandates U.S. person status for export control compliance.

As an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will play a vital role in this evolution. As an Operational Excellence Consultant here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a critical leader in the development and enterprise-wide deployment for the Aerospace Operating System (AOS), driving the transformation of operational performance across the business.
You will partner closely with site level AOS leaders and business stakeholders to establish the AOS roadmap, align strategic priorities, and enable scalable implementation across functions including Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), R&D, and Commercial.
As the key thought leader and change agent, this individual will coach leaders, drive method development and continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize end-to-end business and supply chain processes spanning procurement, production, distribution, and logistics to support long-term growth, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation.
This position may be performed remotely; however, travel is required up to 75%.
