The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Product, Customer Experience Readiness focuses on how Ara is experienced by customers in real residential scenarios. The role is hands-on and observation-driven, identifying what works, what feels unclear, and what may cause concern before broader exposure. Findings from this role are a key input into experience readiness discussions and are expected to strongly inform accept, conditional, or hold decisions, which are finalized by Product leadership.
