The Field Service Technician is responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCR equipment at customer sites. They also provide technical support, conduct customer training, and document work performance through detailed reports.
Candidates must have 0-4 years of field service experience and a working knowledge of industrial instrumentation, controls, and electrical circuits. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to travel 60-75% of the time, and the physical capability to perform tasks in demanding environments.

Primary Responsibility: This position is responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new SCR equipment; preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing SCR equipment; and telephone customer support. The Field Service Technician also prepares reports documenting the work performed and the performance of the equipment. The Field Service Technician typically works in a non-smoking environment.
