The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design HVAC and plumbing systems while performing load calculations, energy modeling, and life cycle costing. They will also manage project schedules, prepare construction cost estimates, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with construction documents.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of mechanical and plumbing codes are required, with preference given to those with project management experience and LEED AP credentials.
