Requires 5+ years of industrial piping project management experience and 10-15 years of client relationship and business development experience. Must be proficient in project management software and have a strong knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Southern Industrial Constructors, INC. is seeking a Pipe Project Manager. Travel on various projects throughout the United States is required. This position will be based out of Greensboro, NC.
Oversee the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of piping systems in industrial facilities. The Pipe Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. This role provides leadership for client development and project delivery.

Conditions include working in office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Potential Jobsite Visits.
