The Aerial Foreman supports all phases of telecom utility construction, including the installation and repair of aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cables. They are responsible for directing job site activities, overseeing crew productivity, and ensuring all work meets design specifications and safety standards.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in telecommunications construction and be proficient in aerial and underground construction techniques. Required certifications include OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
