The SVP will develop and implement leading indicators to proactively identify potential challenges, work closely with regional teams and corporate leadership, and ensure the organization's operational excellence and strategic alignment. | This role is primarily office-based, with approximately 80% of time spent in an office environment and 20% at active construction sites. At times the SVP’s work will be conducted at construction work sites and will be exposed to varying temperatures ranges from 90+ degrees heat to cold weather which could include temperatures in the teens, and rainy conditions. |
