Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by your team and other teams within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with data integration and reporting tools. - Proficient in programming languages relevant to Salesforce development. - Familiarity with agile project management practices. - Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces and dashboards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
